By booking me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment is due 7 days from the date of invoice, late payments will attract an interest charge equivalent to the Lloyds TSB unauthorised overdraft rate prevailing at the time

I will provide fully functioning, well maintained equipment where paid to do so, in the event of loss of, or damage to, any equipment I supply, whether owned by me or rented from a third party, you agree to cover the costs of repair or replacement, at my discretion when caused by contributors, other members of crew hired by yourselves, presenters, journalists or any production staff.

In the event of foreign travel, my equipment must be covered by your insurance both for the period of the trip abroad, and on any flights taken.
